By creating an account on Investly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Investly is an AI-powered investment signals platform that surfaces trading opportunities across prediction markets, crypto, and stocks. Signals are generated by AI based on real-time market data and news.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• A 3-day trial costs $1 and converts to a full monthly plan unless cancelled
• Card subscriptions renew monthly automatically; crypto subscriptions require manual renewal
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

5. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Do not share your account or signals with third parties
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and signal data on Investly are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your trading decisions only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Investly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, signal inaccuracies, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or any abuse. You may delete your account anytime.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in Tel Aviv courts.
