• Payment info: handled by our payment processors (PayPlus, NOWPayments); we never store card numbers
• Usage data: which signals you view, positions you add, alert preferences
• Device & connection data: browser type, IP address, and timestamps

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Investly service
• To send you alerts via your chosen channels (email, Telegram, push)
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the product

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except for transactional records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication, language preference, and theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
